Contact a store that has activated the new Home Shopping Experience service via WhatsApp. You’ll receive a personalised consultation and a selection of garments picked out just for you. When the garments are sent, the total cost of your order will be pre-authorised on your credit card, but you will only be charged for the clothes you decide to keep. You’ll be in constant contact with your sales representative, who will guide you through every phase, from selection process to the free return of any garments that you decide not to keep.
